I recently had the pleasure of being introduced to Sarah Creal and her team right here in Dallas, and I have to say, I was immediately intrigued. Sarah Creal Beauty was created specifically with women over 40 in mind, combining skincare benefits with makeup that enhances rather than hides our natural beauty. And because I’m all about looking polished without spending forever in front of the mirror, I put together my five-minute Sarah Creal Beauty routine.

PREP: Essence

I start with Essence, a lightweight liquid moisturizer that instantly makes my skin feel fresh and hydrated. I love that it visibly brightens and firms, helps reduce the appearance of dark spots, and helps lock in moisture for 24 hours. For me, great makeup always starts with great-looking skin, and this gives me that smooth, hydrated canvas before I apply anything else.

FACE: Brilliant Repair Shield

Next is Brilliant Repair Shield in Staycation, a tinted SPF 50 skin serum. This is one of those products that makes me wonder how I ever lived without it! I love the sheer coverage, the radiant finish and, most importantly, the fact that it gives me SPF 50 protection without leaving a white cast. My skin looks instantly more even, healthy and glowy—without looking like I’m wearing a heavy foundation.

EYES: Bright, Defined & Awake

For my eyes, I start with Firm Offer 4-in-1 Ultimate Eye Cream. It’s perfect for giving my eye area a little extra hydration and making me look more refreshed.

Then comes Face Flex Correct in K.Bye, an instant under-eye brightener. This is my “I definitely got enough sleep” secret—even when I didn’t!

I add Face Flex Concealer in .75 Fair/Cool wherever I want a little more coverage. It blends beautifully without making my under-eye area look heavy or cakey.

A quick line of Creamy Long Wearing Eyeliner in Maritime defines my eyes, and Volumizing Mascara in Back of the Cab finishes the look with noticeable volume. A little mascara really does make everything come together.

BLUSH & CONTOUR: Bring Back the Glow

I love Sculpting Cream Bronzer in Just Like Paradise, Color 1.0 for adding warmth and softly defining my face. It gives me that “just came back from vacation” look without the plane ticket!

Then I tap on Blurring Pressed-Mousse Blush in Coming In Hot. The texture is gorgeous, and it gives my cheeks that fresh, youthful flush. The Blush & Blur Brush makes application so easy and blends everything seamlessly.

LIPS: The Finishing Touch

Finally, I swipe on Hydrating Lipstick in She. E. O. for comfortable, moisturized color and top it with Peptide Lip Gloss in Don’t Wait Up for a little extra shine and dimension.

And that’s it—five minutes and I’m out the door!
